Defective or Damaged Products (if applicable)
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days and include images of the item. We will be happy to send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Items Lost in Transit
By placing an order with us, you agree to our shipping times. While most orders are delivered within the estimated time frames, external factors such as customs inspections may cause delays. If your order exceeds the expected shipping time by more than 10 business days, please contact us. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there was an error in production or shipping. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide you with a return address.
Returns
Our guarantee covers only defective or damaged products and items lost in transit. While your satisfaction is our priority, this policy allows us to continue offering free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Refunds
There are no fees for refunds due to defective or damaged products. However, payment processing fees from the original transaction are non-refundable if the customer cancels the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. Upon inquiry, we will verify the delivery using the tracking link, and it will be up to the customer to investigate further.
Dissatisfaction with Products
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges. Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear. Unauthorized returns or items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us with your order number and the requested changes. We will confirm the modification or cancellation.
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of being placed. After that, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled.
Please note that a management and transaction fee (5-10% of your total order value) will be applied to cancellations.
